The Kingsbury area is centrally located between our Stateline casinos and Heavenly Resorts Nevada entry point near Tramway Drive. Small shops, eateries and our local post office are located in the lower section while the mid section begins around Chimney Rock Road where it starts to get a bit more hilly. Skiers and hikers alike will enjoy Upper Kingsbury for easy access to Stagecoach and Boulder Lodges at Heavenly Resort. Lake Village is a planned unit development of 330 townhouses spread out over 52 acres of forestland. It was designed and built in the early 1970s. Some units have covered parking located beneath the community tennis courts. HOA dues currently run $2550 per quarter. There have been 7 sales during 2020 with a median sales price of $725,000.
Cave Rock is located less than 7 miles from Stateline and 20 minutes from Carson City. A park and boat launch is located directly across the highway from this community of over 110 single family residential units. Cave Rock Villas, a small condominium community is located at the entrance to the housing community. SUMMIT / TAHOE VILLAGE
Located at the top of the Kingsbury Grade the Summit and Tahoe Village areas consist of over 700 condominiums and townhomes. A few single family residences are also located within the area of Kingsbury Estates. Boulder and Stagecoach Lodges are located here as well and offer easy access to Heavenly Ski Resort. This community of custom homes borders U.S. Forest Service land offering an excellent location for those looking for a bit more privacy. Zephyr Cove is named after Zephyrus, the Greek god of the west wind. It is located in Nevada on a protected cove bordering Lake Tahoe.
