The median sales price at South Lake Tahoe remained range bound in the $470’s settling at $476,000 last month. We’ve been in this range since September of last year. Half of the neighborhoods increased their median sales price while the other half declined. The Stateline area which includes the area around Heavenly Resort saw a 16+% increase in median housing prices over the last 12 months.
