The median sales price at South Lake Tahoe remained range bound in the $470’s settling at $476,000 last month. We’ve been in this range since September of last year. Half of the neighborhoods increased their median sales price while the other half declined. The number of multi-unit investment sales declined from 53 units in 2017 to 35 units in 2018 at South Lake Tahoe. The median sales price however increased 19% to $519,621. On the Nevada East Shore there were 8 multi-unit sales in 2018 as compared to only two in 2017. The median sales price of those units also increased.
